Terms & Conditions — kjok Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You", "Your") and kjok ("kjok", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the kjok website located at kjok.io and all associated services, products, games, and functionalities offered thereunder. By registering an account, accessing the kjok platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kjok platform.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account opened in your name on the kjok platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your kjok Account at any given time, expressed in BDT (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account by kjok in connection with a promotion, excluding real-money deposits.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

• "Platform" means the kjok website, mobile browser interface, and all associated digital services accessible at kjok.io.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" are non-exhaustive unless stated otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the kjok account registration process, ticking any acceptance checkbox, clicking any confirmation button, or by otherwise accessing or using the kjok platform in any manner, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them unconditionally;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the kjok platform in any capacity.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The kjok platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be aged 21 years or older to register an account and use any Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. kjok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The kjok platform is intended for use by persons resident in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of kjok complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. kjok makes no representation that its Services are lawful, appropriate, or available in locations outside Bangladesh. Accessing kjok from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk and may result in account suspension.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered kjok account. You may not create multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under assumed identities. If kjok determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any balances, winnings, or bonus funds held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. Players found to have deliberately created multiple accounts to abuse bonus promotions may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.4 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your kjok account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and preferred payment method details (such as your registered bKash or Nagad number). You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. kjok may, at its sole discretion, require you to verify any information provided before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

kjok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit copies of valid identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are approved. Acceptable identity documents include the National Identity Card (NID) of Bangladesh, a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by kjok may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Account Management and Security

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kjok login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. kjok will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified kjok of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your kjok account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kjok Support immediately at [email protected]. kjok reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account pending investigation of any suspected security breach, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. During any such freeze, bets or withdrawals in progress may be suspended until the investigation is resolved.

4.3 Account Currency

All kjok accounts are maintained exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All wagers, winnings, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. kjok does not apply hidden currency conversion margins. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your kjok Balance.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kjok currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at kjok's discretion. kjok reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are set per payment method and may be updated periodically. Current transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your kjok account. kjok reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your kjok Balance instantly in most cases, subject to network availability. Withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). kjok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network disruptions outside kjok's control.

5.4 Player-Owned Accounts Only

All payment accounts used to deposit to or withdraw from kjok must be registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. kjok may request confirmation of payment account ownership at any stage and may suspend transactions pending such confirmation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

kjok offers new players a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real funds. 6.2 General Bonus Terms

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

In the event of a match being abandoned, rescheduled, or declared void by the relevant governing body, kjok will void affected markets and return stakes unless the outcome of the market was already determined before the abandonment.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and betting market. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. kjok reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for specific accounts, without prior notice, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect unusual betting patterns.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kjok platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with Games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any Game or platform feature;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating;
• Attempting to launder money or use the kjok platform for any illegal financial transaction;
• Registering an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information;

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kjok platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kjok content without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kjok shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kjok platform or any Services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors;
• Loss of data, account credentials, or account access due to events outside kjok's control;
• Decisions made by kjok in good faith in settling disputed bets or investigating suspected fraud;
• Changes to game rules, stake limits, or bonus terms made in accordance with these Terms.

kjok's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

kjok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 12 Responsible Gaming

In the event of account termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

14 Amendments to These Terms

These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. In the event of any dispute, discrepancy, or ambiguity between any translation or adaptation of these Terms and the English original, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
